The personal data that can be collected directly from the person concerned will be treated confidentially and will remain incorporated into the corresponding treatment activity owned by the UPV/EHU.

Legitimation

The processing of your data is carried out for the fulfillment of the legal obligations by the UPV/EHU, for the fulfillment of the missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of the public powers conferred on the UPV / EHU, as well as when the obligation of the required treatment of your consent, which must be provided through a clear affirmative action.

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from the purpose, in addition to the periods established in the archives and documentation regulations.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation about the treatments that are carried out by the UPV/EHU.

Termination

Although, in principle, the duration of this site is undetermined, the UNIVERSIDAD DEL PAÍS VASCO - EUSKAL HERRIKO UNIBERTSITATEA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of some or all of its services, without this decision being communicated with in advance to its users.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Use are governed by Spanish Laws.
Any dispute in relation to the website of the UNIVERSITY OF THE BASQUE COUNTRY - EUSKAL HERRIKO UNIBERTSITATEA will be substantiated before the Spanish jurisdiction, the parties being submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Bilbao, and their hierarchical superiors, with express waiver of their privileges if they had it and were different from those reviewed.
